Continue§02 · VERIFICATION STANDARD
Batch-Level Verification — Not Generic Claims.
Most suppliers test a single lot and re-use that COA across every shipment that follows. Every batch Restore receives is independently HPLC-tested by an independent third-party laboratory, assigned a unique batch identifier, and published with its own Certificate of Analysis on a public archive. If we shipped it, you can audit it.
§02b · OUR APPROACH
A Transparent, Research-First Approach.
Restore exists to support laboratories, universities, and independent researchers with documentation, traceability, and unmodified analytical results — not marketing claims.
Third-party batch testing
Every lot ships with its own COA from an independent third-party laboratory — never a generic per-compound certificate reused across shipments.
Batch ID & traceability
Each batch is assigned a unique identifier from intake to dispatch. Your order links to one specific lot on the public archive.
Controlled research handling
Lyophilised reference materials held in controlled storage until dispatch, in tamper-evident packaging on every parcel.
Verified inventory only
Only batches with a clean, published COA enter inventory. Anything below our threshold is rejected at intake.
Our focus is process, quality, and clarity — not marketing claims.
§03 · METHODOLOGY
How We Verify Every Batch.
A four-stage protocol. No batch reaches the catalogue until every stage is documented.
Intake & Quarantine
Every incoming batch is quarantined, barcoded, and logged with supplier-of-record and receipt date. No lot enters inventory until independent testing is complete.
Independent HPLC
Samples are sent to an independent third-party laboratory for HPLC purity analysis. The result they issue is the result we publish — unmodified, with the lab's signature.
COA Published
Each Certificate of Analysis is uploaded to the public Lab Results page, linked to its batch identifier and permanently archived for audit.
Dispatch from Australia
Only batches with a published, in-spec COA enter dispatch. Same-day dispatch Mon–Fri via AusPost Express with tamper-evident packaging.

§05 · FREQUENTLY ASKED
Research Questions, Answered.
Clear answers on testing, sourcing, and traceability.
Q.01What does independent third-party testing mean?+
Every batch we receive is sampled and sent to an independent third-party laboratory. They perform HPLC purity analysis and issue a Certificate of Analysis directly. We publish the COA on our Lab Results page against the batch identifier assigned to that lot — the testing lab is named on each individual result card.
Q.02How do I verify the COA for the batch I received?+
Your order confirmation and account portal list the unique batch number allocated at dispatch. Enter that batch number on our Lab Results page to open the exact COA — purity percentage, method, and test date, tied to your specific lot.
Q.03What purity threshold do you enforce?+
Our minimum acceptance threshold is 99% HPLC purity. Any batch that fails to meet this standard is rejected at intake and never enters inventory. Every published COA shows the actual measured purity.
Q.04Why is this positioned as research-only?+
All materials listed are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical reference use. We make no medical, therapeutic, or performance claims. Documentation and handling reflect laboratory expectations.
Q.05Do you ship outside Australia?+
Restore dispatches exclusively within Australia. Domestic-only shipping lets us maintain Mon–Fri same-day dispatch via AusPost Express and consistent customer-care turnaround.
Q.06What happens if a parcel is lost or damaged?+
If your parcel is verified lost in transit by AusPost or arrives damaged, we issue store credit once the carrier investigation completes. Open a support ticket with your order number and we'll cross-reference tracking and apply the credit per our shipping policy.
